Our hotel rooms are available from 13.00 hrs, departure should be by 12.00 hrs at the latest. A more flexible arrival and/or departure time is possible subject to availability and for a surcharge. We will be happy to make you an appropriate offer, please contact us.

We are always happy to accommodate our guests.
If you require a longer stay, we will adapt to the current occupancy rate and will be happy to offer you a free time buffer of 1 hour (subject to availability on the day of departure).

For later departures (between 13:00 and 18:00) we charge a surcharge depending on the duration of the extension (up to max. 80% of the daily rate without breakfast), if this is available.

Our employees are at your disposal 24 hours a day.

Definitely not, please contact us if you wish to extend your stay. Depending on availability, we will be happy to extend your stay. As the occupancy rate and the accommodation price for the following night may change, the details of a booking must first be discussed. We are unable to make tacit extensions for the above reasons.

Unfortunately, we do not have any handicapped accessible rooms.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have its own parking spaces. In the parking garage of the Skyline Plaza shopping center (approx. 4-5 minutes’ walk away) there are paid parking spaces available for € 27 per night.

Our hotel currently has 5 rented long-term parking spaces here, which can be used by our guests for a fee of €20.00 per night, subject to availability. A parking card must be collected from the hotel before entering the parking garage and returned to the hotel after leaving.

Reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

Animals in any form are not permitted.

Our extensive breakfast buffet is charged at EUR 16 and is also available to non-hotel guests.

Our breakfast buffet is available from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07:00 to 11:00.

Our prices are always shown per night and room.

The overnight stay in our hotel includes the room, WLAN, service and VAT.

Depending on the rate, breakfast is included in the price and is served as an extensive buffet.

If guests are not traveling for business reasons, a city tax of € 2.00 per person/night will be charged in addition to the room rate.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel, please take this into account. Due to the current situation, non-compliance is associated with costs of up to 1,000 euros.

We do not have our own restaurant except for our breakfast buffet. There are numerous different restaurants in the immediate vicinity (within a 10-minute walk). If you have any questions, please contact our reception.

Please contact our hotel, we will do our best to fulfill your wishes.

Children up to the age of 4 stay free of charge in one of our existing beds. For older children there is a surcharge of 10 – 25,- € per night when using the existing beds. There are no extra beds available.

For families who need an extra bed for their child, our triple or family rooms can be booked.

Baby cribs are available free of charge (if available).

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have any meeting or conference facilities.

We will be happy to refer you to one of our partner hotels.

On our homepage www.skylinehotel.de you will find all current accommodation rates as well as the possibility to book directly via the booking mask on the homepage. Your confirmation will be sent directly to your email address.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book without a credit card.

Outside of trade fair and event periods, you can make a direct booking by telephone or email without providing a credit card if you plan to arrive within the next 1-2 days. Your booked hotel room is guaranteed by the hotel until 6 pm. After 6 p.m. the hotel is entitled to cancel your booking. For a late arrival you should guarantee your booking with a credit card number. We will then keep your room available for you even after 6.00 pm.

A booking for up to 10 rooms is possible online via our booking mask (depending on

availability). If you would like to book a larger group, please contact us

Unfortunately not, as this is not a rarity, but a daily request. At this point, we can only give you a few tips that would be beneficial to both parties in the event of cancellation.

1) Read through the booking and cancellation conditions carefully; all systems display the details of the booking in advance and therefore before a binding booking is made. If you make a booking, you automatically accept the corresponding conditions.

2) Although a HOTDEAL provides obvious savings, it is also subject to certain conditions. If you are not due to arrive within the next 24 hours, it is better to choose the standard rate. The price is only a few euros higher, but allows you to cancel free of charge until 18:00. Travel plans can always change, so you should opt for the flexible option. However, if you choose the “non-refundable” option, we cannot offer any goodwill at this point.

Your credit card will only be charged directly when booking a non-refundable rate via our homepage after receipt of the booking. For all other bookings, the credit card is only used as a guarantee and payment is made on site by the guest on arrival.
When booking via other reservation platforms, the credit card will only be charged when booking a hot deal or non-refundable rate. In the event of a no-show, we may also charge your credit card. For all other reservations, the credit card is only deposited as a guarantee and payment is made on arrival at the hotel.

Please note that we reserve the right to authorize the credit card provided with the total amount of the reservation prior to arrival.

For direct bookings via our homepage or by email etc., you are welcome to inform us of your changes in writing (email: info@skylinehotel.de)

For bookings made via HRS, Booking.com, Expedia etc., please contact the relevant booking portal.

Please note that the conditions accepted by you at the time of booking always apply.

This is possible, but we recommend that you always bring the reservation confirmation with you in

in printed form or on your smartphone. The reservation number speeds up your check-in.

Whether canceling or shortening the booked periods is free of charge depends on the cancellation conditions received.

Booking different room categories is of course possible with direct bookings as well as with all reservation portals.

All our rooms have their own adjustable air conditioning and a radiator to regulate the room temperature according to your own needs.

To avoid losing your keys, please leave your key card at reception. We are at your disposal 24 hours a day. However, you can also take the key card with you.

Booking via our homepage is just as uncomplicated and quick as via the well-known reservation portals. After entering your details, you will receive your confirmation directly to your email address, without any waiting time. You will find more favorable conditions on our site than on other portals. A comparison is worthwhile!
